There are lots of positives in the report, we need to provide evidence of staff supervision and PDR, and the committee need to have effective oversight and understand their roles and responsibilities.

Parents would like more information about their children, all staff need to develop their understanding of children's individual needs and home languages to support their next steps, and routines need to be reviewed so the children do not have to wait.
