We have photos of Billingshurst Primary School, classrooms, teachers, outside areas for use at playgroup for discussion with the children.

The pre-school maintains close links with the Billingshurst Primary School.  

In the summer term there are a number of visits to the school and the reception teachers visit the pre-school to meet the children who will enter school in September.

We have children attending other local schools and will liaise with these schools as required.

We are a member of the Weald Family of Schools and hold regular meetings with other playgroups and Primary Schools.

The children will have the opportunity to visit their chosen school at least once before they start school.

We liaise with the schools regarding the transition for children with special and additional needs with the parent/carer’s permission.
