The many talents and skills of all parents/carers supplement those of the practitioners and committee to keep our pre-school a happy, enjoyable and very safe place for your child.

We offer flexible hours and flexible payments. We provide free healthy snacks and milk.

Our experienced and professionally trained staff guide our children in their learning and development to provide the best start to school life through the provision of memorable experiences which help them to develop personally and academically to comply with the requirements of the National Curriculum Early Years Foundation Stage.

We believe in the children creating their curriculum based on their interests and their environment, which our staff will help them build on by giving support and guidance for ideas and resources. Our most important goal is to provide the children the opportunity to succeed. Children are admitted to our pre-school on a non-discriminatory basis and we seek to promote equal opportunities for all. We acknowledge and value each child’s individual needs. 

 

Parents / carers / guardians and family have the most influence in a child’s life. We view parents as the child's first contact for development and our partners in their children’s education and are encouraged to be involved in their child's learning at every step.

 

Our surrounding community is a fantastic resource for learning and we aim to integrate the community into our setting. Our children will go out and explore the community and environment around them. We also have community members come in to playgroup and share their knowledge with our children.

 We are open during term time;   Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm

 

We offer 15 hours funded childcare for 2 year olds and 30 hours funded childcare for 3 and 4 year olds of working parents that qualify. We offer 15 hours funded entitlement for 2 year olds that qualify, 15 hours for all 3 and 4 yr olds to hours that suit you, if available.

Extra Hours are charged at £6.00 per hour.
